Second day in England: a day in London

Léana:

11h57. It was the time our train to London stopped at High Wycombe. So Charles and me along with Savannah, Eloïse, Elena, Baptiste, Hugo, Vincent, Kiara and their exchanges, we all went together to London on sunday. We first went to Oxford Street and our exchanges took us to one big shop called "Selfriges", which is quite like a bigger and more expensive version of our french "Galeries de Lafayette": you could find in there many luxury brands such as Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Chloé...We didn't buy anything there, obviously. But we still enjoyed looking around! Because there were mainly girls in our group, we decided to go to Primark after that. Primary is definitely te place to be if you need to buy basic stuffs at an affordable price! Too bad we don't have on in Toulouse...well, not yet.

My favorite place of London so far is Camden town. No need to tell you how excited I was when we were told we were about to go there to grab lunch! I actually got the chance to come to London last year, and my hotel was even located in Camden! But, as we were staying there, my parents told me we had plenty of time to visit around. Of course, at the end of the day, I didn't get to have a look. So from the famous Camden market to the much talked shop called "Cyberdog", we did everything! And I pretty much enjoyed that.

We wandered there and mixed among the big crowded streets of Camden for about 2 hours. Then, as we still had some time left, we went back to Oxford street and enjoyed London by night. When it started to get dark and late, we all took the train to head back home, happy and exhausted of this busy day.

Kiara:

January 28th, London. Finally, the moment I was waiting for : London. We spent hours wondering in the streets of this mesmerizing city. We did some shopping, got lost a couple of times, and ate lunch at Camden Town, clawing our way through the large crowd of onlookers. We went to the unmissable Cyber Dog, and I grabbed a Starbucks before we headed back to Oxford, did some more shopping and left the city while night was falling.
